Where To Buy

The Discovery of Sotol

The story of Sotol started in Japan.  I was having a sushi breakfast at Tsukiji, the famous fish market and I met a couple from Chihuahua, Mexico eating beside me.  We started talking and I mentioned this concept of Mesh & Bone, and they immediately said, “you have to try Sotol.”

I called my friends in Guadalajara and they had never heard of this drink -- which only got me more excited.  Two months later, I was on a plane to Chihuahua to find producers of this mysterious drink.
